"I was very disappointed, it appears that these hats were worn before. My head measures exactly 22 inches which translates into a (M). I ordered a medium but the fit was like a large. I understand the seller can resell returned hats in good condition as per the web. This is not like walking into Macy*s and trying on hats until one fits. I had to return the medium for a small. Too many of these exchanges will definitely reduce the quality of the merchandise. $50 a hat ain’t cheap!"
