"Bad news / Good news : the hat is gorgeous , sharp, cool color BUT too sharp for me. That is, the material is stiff as a board . It’s as if the hat is made of cardboard. No give, no play. If you bent it it seems like it would break like a cracker. Good news: Hats. com was excellent in their customer service. I called and they said “ no problem “. BTW they even answered the phone. Emailed me the return label ( no charge ). I sent it back and was fully credited. No S&H charges. I’ll buy from them again but will do my homework first."
